Herbalife Meal Plan


You may be wondering how to integrateHerbalife’s Shapeworks Meal Plan into your busy day and fast-paced life.  Today’s shake tips focus on consuming the Formula 1 Meal Replacement shake for the purposes of weight lossweight maintenance and weight gain.


For weight loss, you need to drink 2 shakes per day.  Perhaps you decide that having a shake for breakfast and lunch and then having a healthy colourful meal for dinner works best for you.



With busy routines and lifestyles, I suggest mapping or planning meals so that you can bring what you require throughout the day.  In the morning when I make my shake, I use the hand held blender and a tall container to hold the 2 scoops of shake mix & 1 1/2 cup water.


For maintaining weight, you need to drink 1 shake per day. Given you only need to have 1 shake per day you can decide to have it for breakfastlunch or dinner.  It is always bests to start your day off right, so breakfast is the best time for me to have my shake.  If you decide that lunch time works best for your schedule and lifestyle then be sure to bring along a shaker cup.

With the water fill line in place, all I have to do is add the 2 scoops of shake mix in the cup and I’m good to go-go!!  When I want to drink my shake, add water, shake and enjoy!! :)
